The budget above represents the floor for a well-organised retreat. Factors that increase the final figure: a premium chef's table with a dedicated cook (instead of catering — add €80 to €150/person/day), business-class flights (add €600 to €1,200 per person), an additional night, an external speaker or facilitator (€2,500 to €8,000 per day), or larger groups requiring double-occupancy suites.
