Bulleit Bourbon lud 2017 zur Indian-Summer-Edition ins Isartal — wir gaben den Rahmen: 4.000 m² Herbstwald, ein Spaziergang im Buchenlaub, ein Catering-Buffet vor dem Holzhaus und eine lange Tafel im Wald, an der die Marke einfach Gastgeber sein durfte.Bulleit Bourbon hosted an Indian Summer edition in 2017 in the Isar Valley — we set the stage: 4,000 sqm of autumn forest, a walk through beech leaves, a catering buffet in front of the cabin and a long table in the woods where the brand could simply host.
Die Aufgabe: ein Brand-Event, das nicht nach Brand-Event aussieht. Keine Banner, keine Pop-up-Bar — sondern ein Tag, an dem die Marke Gastgeber sein durfte. Wir haben den Spaziergang im Herbstwald als Auftakt gesetzt, vor dem Holzhaus ein langes Cateringbuffet aufgebaut und am Abend die Tafel im Wald mit kleinen Feuerstellen gerahmt.
Was funktioniert hat: ein klar gerahmtes Programm (Walk im Buchenwald, Drinks am Außenkamin, Dinner an der langen Tafel, Lagerfeuer), das den Gästen Raum gelassen hat, miteinander warm zu werden. Was uns hängen geblieben ist: dass die guten Gespräche am ruhigsten Ort entstehen — am Feuer, nicht am Mikrofon.
The brief: a brand event that doesn't look like one. No banners, no pop-up bar — a day where the brand could simply host. We opened with a walk through the autumn forest, set up a long catering buffet in front of the cabin and framed the evening table in the woods with small fires.
What worked: a clearly framed programme (walk through beech woods, drinks at the outdoor fire, dinner at the long table, bonfire) that left guests room to warm to each other. What stayed with us: the most valuable conversations happen at the quietest spot — at the fire, not at the microphone.
